The Sega Master System was Sega's answer to Nintendo's 8-bit NES.
In 1987, Sega of America sold its SMS rights to Tonka Toys.
Unfortunattely poor support doomed the system.
Tip: The Game Gear can run SMS carts (with "Master Gear" adapter) but not vice versa.
This is because Game Gear has 4096 color palette capability, while the SMS has only a 256 color palette.
You can also play SMS games on your Genesis using a device called the Power Base Converter.

Tabletops and handhelds

Please do not ask me questions like : " Will you sell me your ***** PCB / tabletop / computer ? " Sorry but can't sell. If I wanted to get rid of them I wouldn't have bought them myself in the first place. I'm not in this to try to make money off of people. I just collect them.
